Registration Lead

Fifteen Eleven Events is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Registration Lead Project: Mega Project - Riyadh Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all event registration activities including accreditation, badging, guest management and on-site check-in operations - Develop and implement registration systems, processes and workflows to ensure smooth guest arrival and accreditation - Manage registration technology platforms, data management and reporting for delegate and VIP registration activities - Coordinate with protocol, security and venue teams on access control, badging and registration area setup and operations - Supervise registration teams and volunteers and ensure high service standards throughout the event period Requirements: - Proven experience in exhibitions, expos, fairs, conferences or large-scale events is mandatory
