Head of Operations – Manufacturing

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a state-of-the-art precision engineering and advanced manufacturing facility serving the Oil & Gas sector. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering (Master's degree preferred) - 18+ years of experience in manufacturing operations - Mandatory experience in API-certified manufacturing environments - Strong background in Oil & Gas upstream manufacturing/remanufacturing - Proven experience managing large CNC machining operations (20+ CNC machines) - Hands-on expertise in welding, fabrication, assembly, and maintenance operations - Experience leading greenfield projects or major plant expansion initiatives - Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 100+ employees - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost objectives - Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives - Manage large multidisciplinary teams and develop a high-performance culture - Ensure compliance with API standards, quality systems, and HSE regulations - Optimize CNC machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and maintenance processes - Support plant expansion and strategic manufacturing projects
