Planning Engineer

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Planning Engineer Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 for real estate construction activities - Monitor progress against baseline, identify schedule variances and coordinate with site teams on look-ahead schedules - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and scheduling documentation for project management review - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams on schedule inputs and data collection - Support delay analysis and time impact assessment activities as required Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
