Legal Counsel (6-Month Contract)

Our client, a leading international engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will have a strong background providing legal support within the engineering, construction or infrastructure sector and be comfortable advising on a broad range of commercial and project-related legal matters. Key Requirements: ✅ Qualified Lawyer (common law qualification preferred). ✅ Proven legal experience within an engineering consultancy, construction or infrastructure environment. ✅ Strong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. ✅ Knowledge of FIDIC and project-related contracts is advantageous. ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. ✅ Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Available to start immediately or at short notice.
