Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage cost plans, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation and post-contract commercial activities - Measure and value completed works and manage interim payment applications, variations and final accounts - Prepare, negotiate and manage contractual claims and change orders in line with contract terms - Monitor project costs against budget and provide regular cost reports and forecasts to management - Coordinate with project management, design and procurement teams on all commercial and cost management matters
