Financial Reporting Manager

Shift Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Reporting Manager to join its team at the Head Office in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. - Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and applicable financial standards. - Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial forecasting. - Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. - Coordinate annual audits and ensure accurate financial statements. - Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 5–8 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards. - Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage. - SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
