Planning Engineer

TGCC Middle East is looking for a talented Planning Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the successful planning, scheduling, and monitoring of major construction projects. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline - 3–5 years of experience in Planning Engineering and Project Controls - Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 - Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules - Hands-on experience with Cost Loading and Resource Loading using Primavera P6 - Ability to prepare and update Recovery Plans, Revised Schedules, and Project Baselines - Experience in preparing and issuing Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports - Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and project performance reporting - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications - Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Key Responsibilities: - Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules - Track project progress and analyze schedule variances - Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to support project objectives - Generate project performance reports and interactive Power BI dashboards - Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking and timely reporting - Support project management with planning insights and schedule optimization
