Senior Facilities Manager (Advisory)

Seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a leading consultancy team in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional with a pre-contract advisory background and consultancy expertise, capable of supporting clients from strategy and planning through to operational readiness and asset performance. Key requirements: - Extensive Facilities Management experience within consulting, PMC, or advisory environments - Strong pre-contract background including FM strategy, operational planning, technical specifications, procurement support, and tender evaluations - Experience developing FM standards, operating models, lifecycle planning, and maintenance strategies - Knowledge of hard and soft FM services across large-scale developments, mixed-use assets, hospitality, commercial, or public infrastructure projects - Ability to engage with clients, designers, operators, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - Professional qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline Particularly interested in professionals involved from the design and development stages of major projects, ensuring assets are operationally efficient, maintainable, and ready for long-term management.
