Senior Sales Engineer

Position: Senior Sales Engineer Location: Dammam – 3rd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering Experience Required: 7–10 Years Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects? We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships, and delivering successful project solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and construction sectors. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. - Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements. - Review project drawings, specifications, and conduct site visits as required. - Coordinate effectively with estimating, design, manufacturing, finance, and installation teams. - Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle — from initial inquiry and contract award through fabrication, installation, and final handover. - Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful project execution while achieving customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. - 7–10 years of proven sales experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or industrial projects. - Strong understanding of technical solutions, commercial processes, and contract negotiations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Fluency in Arabic and English. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
