IT Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Program Manager to spearhead complex Infrastructure and IT Service Operations projects in the banking and financial services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring reliable and compliant IT systems that support mission-critical applications and core banking services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multi-stream programs for IT infrastructure modernization and service management optimization. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance policies, focusing on cybersecurity and audit readiness. - Act as the liaison between BT, stakeholders, compliance teams, and vendors, providing transparent communication on program status. - Drive improvements in service availability, incident management, and ITSM process maturity. - Oversee cloud enablement initiatives managing hybrid environments and critical legacy infrastructure. - Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs while embedding risk controls in service delivery. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of IT program/project management experience, with 5+ years in banking or financial services. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains and ITSM improvements (e.g., ServiceNow). - Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2). - ITIL v3/v4 certification and experience with Agile methodologies. - Arabic Speaker with KSA banking experience. Contract Duration: 12 Months
