Senior Logistics Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Lead to lead construction logistics, supply chain coordination, site access, traffic management, and heavy logistics operations for our prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Leadership: Lead logistics teams, establish operational procedures, and align site logistics with project schedules and construction priorities. Planning & Control: Develop and manage the Construction Logistics Plan, site utilization, temporary facilities, logistics compounds, and contingency plans. Materials & Supply Chain: Coordinate procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, material deliveries, critical material tracking, storage, and laydown areas. Site Access & Traffic: Manage gate operations, access control, delivery routes, vehicle scheduling, traffic management, and temporary road diversions. Heavy Logistics & Equipment: Coordinate equipment mobilization, heavy and oversized deliveries, lifting logistics, and major construction activities. Contractor Coordination: Lead logistics meetings and coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Commercial, and subcontractor teams. Safety & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures, conduct logistics inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Performance & Cost Control: Monitor logistics KPIs, prepare management reports, optimize resources, control costs, and improve operational efficiency. Handover & Close-Out: Coordinate logistics demobilization, maintain records, support project handover, and document lessons learned. Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality
