Project to Asset Supervisor

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Project to Asset Supervisor Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the transition of real estate projects from construction completion to operational asset management - Coordinate handover activities including punch list closeout, as-built documentation, O&M manuals and warranty management - Liaise between project, construction and FM teams to ensure seamless transfer of asset information and operational readiness - Monitor and track project to asset transition milestones and report progress to senior management - Develop and maintain asset registers, handover documentation and FM onboarding records for newly completed real estate assets Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
