ICV Specialist

KBM Engineering Consultancy is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: ICV Specialist (In-Country Value) Location: Oman Minimum Education, Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field Certification: Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain or ICV (preferred) Experience: Minimum 5 years in ICV management, procurement, contract management or supply chain operations Key Skills: - Strong understanding of ICV governance and compliance frameworks - Analytical reporting and data validation expertise - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills - Knowledge of Omanization, SME participation and local sourcing requirements - Ability to manage contractor compliance and reporting processes Key Responsibilities: - Ensure contractor compliance with ICV requirements and contractual obligations - Monitor contractor performance against agreed ICV targets throughout the contract lifecycle - Evaluate contractor submissions related to Omanization, SME participation, local sourcing and other ICV requirements - Review periodic ICV reports submitted by contractors for compliance - Verify procurement data, subcontracting activities and local sourcing expenditures - Identify instances of non-compliance and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders - Maintain accurate and auditable records of contractor ICV activities and performance - Consolidate contractor ICV data and prepare periodic reports, dashboards and management presentations - Maintain and enhance ICV tracking and reporting systems
