Head of Strategy

I am currently hiring for a Head of Strategy role with a federal organization in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior, hands-on position reporting directly to the Secretary General, with responsibility for shaping and executing strategy, building KPI and performance frameworks, driving strategic initiatives, and working closely with senior government and healthcare stakeholders. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience across strategy, performance management, transformation, public sector or healthcare.
