General Manager

A leading contracting company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of operations, business development, and strategic execution. This is an immediate requirement. The Role You'll lead the business end-to-end: project delivery, commercial management, team leadership, P&L accountability, and client relationships. If you've run a contracting business or a major division and know how to drive results, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For → 12+ years in contracting, construction, or related industries → Experience in waterproofing, building envelope, or specialty contracting is a strong advantage → Proven track record running multi-function teams (Ops, Finance, Procurement, HR) → GCC experience is essential — Bahrain experience is a plus → Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; MBA preferred → Bahraini candidates strongly preferred Location: Bahrain (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining
