Procurement Manager

Position: Procurement Manager. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance procurement, logistics, and customs clearance policies, procedures, and strategies. Lead procurement activities for goods, services, infrastructure, and consultancy requirements. Manage supplier relationships and drive commercial value through effective negotiations. Establish procurement objectives, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives. Oversee contract formation and administration for plant maintenance and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and delegation of authority requirements. Support internal stakeholders by providing procurement guidance and best practices. Manage inventory and material control activities across the site. Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7-10 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Experience within Power Generation, Utilities, Energy, or Oil and Gas industries. Strong commercial awareness, contract management, and negotiation skills. Experience with procurement processes, budgeting, and supplier performance management. Emirati/UAE National candidates will be prioritised for this role.
