Senior Design Manager

A senior opportunity to join a leading real estate developer in Riyadh. This is a key position with the opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of residential, mixed-use and master-planned developments, working directly on the client side from early concept through to construction. You'll work closely with senior leadership, leading design delivery across multiple live projects while managing external consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: Arabic speaker – essential, 12–15+ years of relevant experience, Strong client-side / developer experience – consultancy only backgrounds will not be considered, Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use and master-planned developments, Strong understanding of the Saudi market and project delivery environment, Confident managing consultants, stakeholders and multidisciplinary design teams.
