Leasing Expert – Residential & Retail

We are seeking a results-driven Leasing Expert who can lead leasing initiatives, maximize occupancy, and build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key market stakeholders in Dubai's competitive real estate sector. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of UAE real estate leasing experience - Strong expertise in Residential Leasing, Retail Leasing, and Commercial Leasing - Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills - Strong network with brokers, corporate clients, and market stakeholders - Good understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue - Source, negotiate, and finalize lease agreements with prospective tenants - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients - Analyze market trends, rental pricing, and competitor activities - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth leasing experience
