Mechanical Design Engineer

FPA MENA is recruiting on behalf of a leading Grade A Main Contractor in Qatar for the following position: Position: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Qatar Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical engineering design activities for high-rise building projects including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and building services systems Prepare and review mechanical design calculations, drawings and technical specifications in line with project requirements Coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical teams on mechanical system integration and interface management Review and respond to RFIs, technical queries and design change requests during project execution Ensure mechanical designs comply with Qatar authority requirements, client specifications and applicable international standards Requirements: Strong experience working with main contractors in Qatar is preferred Experience on high-rise building projects is preferred
