A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Technical Director Location: Bahrain Experience: 20+ years Key Responsibilities: - Provide senior technical leadership and strategic direction across all design and engineering functions within the organization - Establish and maintain technical standards, design quality frameworks and engineering best practices across the project portfolio - Lead technical reviews, peer reviews and design audits to ensure compliance with client requirements, codes and international standards - Advise executive leadership on technical strategy, innovation, digital delivery and capability development - Build and mentor senior technical teams and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
