Analyst – Payroll & Benefits Administration

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a quantitative discipline. - 3+ years' experience in Compensation & Rewards or a similar role. - Strong skills in data analysis, compensation & benefits modelling, and reporting. - Experience handling large volumes of sensitive/confidential data. - Knowledge of job evaluation and grading frameworks. - Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
