Development Director

A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Development Director Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage real estate development activities across the project portfolio from land acquisition and concept through to delivery and handover - Develop and implement development strategies, business cases and investment frameworks aligned with Vision 2030 objectives - Oversee design, planning, procurement and construction phases and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards - Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, investors, consultants and key stakeholders - Report development performance, risks and strategic issues to executive leadership and the board
