Penspen is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior HSE Engineer (Project) - Offshore Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead HSE management activities on offshore oil and gas projects ensuring compliance with applicable HSE standards and regulations - Develop and implement project HSE plans, risk assessments and emergency response procedures for offshore operations - Conduct HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented - Provide HSE guidance and technical support to project engineering and construction teams - Prepare HSE performance reports and present findings to project management and client stakeholders
