HR Manager – Manufacturing Industry

The Role: We are a leading organization within the manufacturing sector, and seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industrial relations, workforce planning, and talent management. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Bahraini labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the manufacturing operational goals.
Manage workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels in a production environment.
Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement.
Key Requirements:
Nationality: Must be a Bahraini National.
Experience: 12 to 14 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a senior/leadership HR role.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: CIPD qualification is a distinct advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
