MEP Technical Manager

China Railway 18th Bureau Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: MEP Technical Manager Project: Superblock Five - East side of Masjid an-Nabawi Client: Rua Al-Madinah Holding Consultant: KEO International Consultants Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Lead all MEP technical management activities across the high-rise 5-star hospitality project covering mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals and method statements for compliance with project and client requirements Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, design consultants and site teams on MEP technical queries, RFIs and design coordination Manage MEP design coordination, BIM clash detection and interface resolution with architectural and structural disciplines Support MEP commissioning activities and ensure all MEP systems meet performance and quality standards for hotel operations Requirements: Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory Strong background in 5-Star Hotel developments is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a relevant MEP discipline Strong expertise in MEP design coordination, technical reviews and project execution Candidates available in KSA with immediate or short notice are strongly preferred
