Real Estate Facilities Management Expert

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Real Estate Facilities Management Expert Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert advisory and management services across real estate facilities management operations - Develop and implement FM strategies, asset management plans and service delivery frameworks for real estate assets - Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, hard and soft services and FM contractor performance management - Coordinate with asset owners, tenants and FM service providers on operational requirements and service levels - Prepare FM performance reports, asset condition assessments and recommendations for senior management review Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
