DCIM Specialist – Data Center Infrastructure Management

A leading organization delivering mission-critical data center infrastructure solutions is looking for a DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Specialist to join its growing team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and deployment of DCIM solutions across data center projects - Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors for installation, testing, and commissioning activities - Configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize DCIM platforms and associated monitoring systems - Coordinate closely with IT, Facilities, Electrical, Mechanical, and Operations teams throughout project execution - Integrate DCIM solutions with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and other monitoring platforms - Support project handover activities from implementation to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) - Develop and maintain dashboards, alarms, alerts, reports, and performance analytics - Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure continuous system availability - Ensure documentation, system configuration records, and operational procedures are maintained accurately - Assist in system upgrades, software updates, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline - 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platforms - Experience with Sunbird DCIM, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure IT, or similar enterprise DCIM platforms - Experience integrating DCIM with BMS, EMS, or other monitoring systems preferred - Good understanding of data center monitoring, environmental monitoring, and asset management - Knowledge of SNMP, Modbus, BACnet communication protocols - Experience supporting commissioning, testing, configuration, and troubleshooting of mission-critical infrastructure - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project environments Experienced BMS Specialists are encouraged to apply.
