Assistant IT Manager

A Marriott Hotel in Jeddah is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Assistant IT Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing all hotel IT systems and infrastructure including PMS, POS, networking, servers and end-user devices Provide technical support to hotel departments and resolve IT issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure IT systems availability, data security and compliance with Marriott International IT standards and policies Support implementation of IT upgrades, new system installations and technology improvement projects Maintain IT asset records, user account management and technical documentation in line with hotel IT procedures Requirements: Previous experience with Marriott International is highly preferred Relevant IT qualification and hospitality technology experience
