King Salman International Airport (KSIA) is seeking a Manager – Cargo and Logistics Partnerships to drive the development of strategic commercial partnerships that support the airport's cargo and logistics growth ambitions. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing commercial and financial models, negotiating partnership agreements, and building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders to position KSIA as a leading global cargo hub. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the cargo and logistics partnerships strategy in alignment with KSIA's commercial objectives - Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with airlines, cargo operators, freight forwarders, logistics providers, e-commerce companies, and other industry stakeholders - Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements to maximize long-term business value and sustainable growth - Prepare business cases, commercial proposals, financial models, and investment assessments to support strategic decision-making - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and engagement - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of partnership initiatives - Monitor partnership performance through defined KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives - Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership - Represent KSIA at industry conferences, business forums, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen the airport's cargo and logistics ecosystem Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field - Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in Logistics, Aviation, or Supply Chain Management are considered an advantage Experience & Skills: - Minimum 6 years of experience in cargo, logistics, aviation, commercial partnerships, or business development - Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and leading commercial negotiations - Strong understanding of air cargo operations, logistics services, supply chain management, and freight markets - Experience working with airlines, cargo operators, freight forwarders, logistics providers, or airport operators - Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver commercial initiatives - Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
