Lessons Learned Specialist

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Lessons Learned Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a structured lessons learned framework across the project or program portfolio - Facilitate lessons learned workshops and capture insights from project teams at key project milestones - Maintain a lessons learned repository and ensure findings are accessible and actionable for future projects - Analyze recurring issues and trends and recommend process improvements based on captured lessons - Coordinate with PMO, project managers and technical teams to embed lessons learned into project delivery practices Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on PMO, urban development or infrastructure projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
