Procurement Director

REDCON International is seeking a high-caliber Procurement Director to drive procurement operations and supply chain strategy for mega projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the procurement excellence strategy. • Drive procurement process standardization and operating-model improvement. • Establish category, supplier, savings, and performance KPIs. • Lead procurement digitalization, analytics, and automation initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, and commercial value. • Lead and mentor procurement excellence and transformation teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance • 15+ years of procurement leadership and transformation experience. • Proven experience delivering procurement excellence or transformation programs. • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, analytics, and governance. • GCC experience is highly preferred We offer a competitive, attractive salary package, visa processing with transferable Iqama, and a strong, dynamic work environment designed for top-tier leadership professionals.
