We're Hiring | General Manager – Retail (Food & Beverage) | Doha, Qatar Brite Consult is seeking an accomplished General Manager – Retail to lead one of Qatar's prominent Food & Beverage retail businesses. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across large-scale retail operations. Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple business functions. - Oversee Retail Operations, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, Warehouse, and Supply Chain. - Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall P&L performance. - Develop and execute business strategies to improve margins and operational efficiency. - Strengthen vendor relationships and optimize procurement processes. - Ensure SOP compliance, inventory control, and retail system effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline. - MBA is highly preferred. - 18–20+ years of progressive retail leadership experience. - Mandatory GCC retail experience. - Strong expertise in multi-store retail operations within the Food & Beverage industry. - Demonstrated success in P&L management, business expansion, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. - Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
