Senior Accountant – F&B

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant – F&B to support financial operations, reporting, and profitability improvement within the Food & Beverage sector. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the F&B division. - Budgeting & Cost Analysis: Prepare budgets, monitor variances, and conduct detailed cost reviews. - Daily Operational Finance: Track sales, inventory, menu engineering, and COGS performance. - Month-End Closing: Manage reconciliations, accruals, and financial closing activities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to improve profitability and efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA) is an advantage. - Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with proven F&B industry exposure. - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel finance is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and ERP/accounting software. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
