Role Overview: Our Infrastructure advisory practice deals with complex procurement advisory cases and has deep expertise in major public infrastructure sectors. As an Assistant Manager, you will have a significant team management role in delivering on mandates. The practice focuses on key closely-related service offerings: - Infrastructure planning and transaction strategy - Helping clients determine various infrastructure and transaction scenarios (PPP, JV, outsource, long-term contracts) to best deliver value and service - (Lead) Financial advisory - Evaluating financing needs, structures and sources or directly assisting in the raising of capital - Procurement - Transaction advisory - Assisting clients in developing and evaluating options related to long-term performance-based contacts - Project risk advisory - Assisting clients understand and quantify the various risks associated with a large project, including market, construction, procurement, labour and currency - Contract implementation support – Supporting the successful implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects during or after the financial closing
