Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver structured training programs and knowledge transfer plans for client and project teams - Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized learning materials and curricula - Facilitate workshops, on-the-job coaching and mentoring sessions across technical and management disciplines - Monitor training effectiveness and track competency development against defined targets - Support Saudization and nationalization objectives through targeted capacity building programs Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, PMO or urban development projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
