Project Engineer – Electrical

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to contribute to some of Dubai's most prestigious developments? Azizi Developments is looking for a talented Project Engineer – Electrical to join our growing team. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 7 years of total experience • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience (Mandatory) • Experience in Residential & Commercial Building Projects Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage Electrical projects from execution to successful handover within the approved timeline and budget. ✔ Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure quality project delivery. ✔ Demonstrate strong knowledge of Electrical & ELV systems, project specifications, and building services. ✔ Liaise with UAE authorities including DEWA, DCD, Etisalat, and SIRA for inspections and approvals. ✔ Monitor project costs, billing, cash flow, variation claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. ✔ Coordinate procurement activities, including BOQs, material specifications, and purchase requests. ✔ Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards across all project activities. ✔ Obtain approvals for shop drawings and material submittals before execution. ✔ Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams for smooth installation and execution. ✔ Supervise testing, commissioning, documentation, and successful project handover.
