Senior Quantity Surveyor

Jones Engineering are currently looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to be based in Dammam. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years work experience on construction projects in a QS role - Qualifications commensurate with position: - Role applicable degree from a reputed university - RICS an advantage - Experience in Data Centre Projects an advantage - Competent in measurement (plan-swift, Cost-X) - SAP experience an advantage - Competent in issuing / closing of Client led and Sub-contractor variations - Competent in Sub-Contractor Management - Competent in the use of PC applications (Microsoft Office suit or equivalent) For this role, you MUST be willing to relocate to Dammam.
